Refund Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026 · Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC
Voluntary support
Support payments made through the Support pages (card or crypto) are voluntary contributions to independent educational work. They purchase no product, service, access, or deliverable, and they create no client or advisory relationship.
Card support: if you made a card payment in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge), email support@honeycombweb3solutions.com within 14 days and we will refund it through the original processor.
Crypto support: on-chain transfers are technologically irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on a network, no party — including Honeycomb — can reverse it. Please verify amounts and addresses carefully before sending. Where an erroneous crypto contribution can be identified and a verified return address provided, we will make reasonable efforts to return it, minus network fees, but cannot guarantee recovery.
Paid working sessions
This section covers every paid session — including the Crypto Operator Setup, Patient Pace, follow-up sessions, and business sessions. Sessions are paid in advance. Payment reserves your slot and starts preparation, and scheduling is confirmed in writing (email or text) within one business day of payment.
Rescheduling. A session may be rescheduled once at no cost with at least 24 hours' written notice before the scheduled start.
Cancellation with 24+ hours' notice. Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled start and you receive a full refund through the original payment processor.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-show. A cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid is retained to cover the reserved slot and completed preparation; the remainder is refunded.
After the session is delivered. Once a session has been delivered, payments are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, mistaken amounts, or other clear billing errors — the time and written deliverables have been rendered. If something about a delivered session fell short, contact us and we will work to make it right.
If Honeycomb needs to reschedule. If Honeycomb must reschedule a session, you choose: a new time that works for you, or a full refund.
Monthly subscriptions (The Operator Line)
The Operator Line is a month-to-month subscription billed in advance. Cancel anytime in writing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Partial months are not refunded except for duplicate charges, mistaken amounts, or other clear billing errors. Eligibility (a completed setup session and one follow-up) is confirmed upon subscribing; if a subscription is started before eligibility is met, it is cancelled and the charge refunded in full.
Voluntary support payments
Optional support contributions (card via Stripe, or crypto via hosted Coinbase Commerce checkout) are voluntary and non-refundable except for duplicate charges, mistaken amounts, or other clear billing errors. They are not purchases of goods or services, not investments, and not tax-deductible donations.
What is not for sale
No mini-kits or downloadable paid products are currently offered. Honeycomb provides no legal, tax, investment, financial, compliance, custody, cybersecurity-audit, incident-response, or money-transmission services, and nothing on this site sells such services.
Records. All booking, scheduling, cancellation, and refund communication happens in writing so both sides have a clear record. Every session ends with a written summary of what was covered and delivered.
Paid products under review
No paid course, certification, or downloadable assessment product is currently available for purchase. If and when such a product is offered, its specific refund terms will be published on its purchase page before any payment is possible, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
