Section 02What Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Email-capture forms. Email address; optionally first name and role.
  • Discovery-call intake form. Name, business email, company, role, track relevance, operation stage, your primary question, preferred scheduling windows, time zone (optional), how you heard about Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC (optional), and any optional context fields.
  • Contact form. Name, email, subject category, order number if applicable, message content.
  • Course or Strategy Call purchase. Payment details (handled by Stripe or Coinbase Business; we do not store full card numbers or wallet private keys), billing information, and the email address used at checkout.
  • Direct correspondence. Any information you include in emails or other communications with us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Aggregated visit data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics service. It collects aggregated information about page visits, referrers, browser type, device type, and country, without using cookies or assigning persistent identifiers to visitors. We use this aggregated information to understand site performance and content effectiveness.
  • Server logs. Standard server logs may capture IP addresses, timestamps, and request details for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.

Section 03How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Deliver the Crypto for Business course or other purchased products to the email address used at checkout
  • Schedule, confirm, and conduct discovery calls and paid Strategy Calls
  • Respond to support requests, refund requests, and general inquiries
  • Send the educational follow-up email sequence after you download the Readiness Checklist (subject to your unsubscribe rights)
  • Process payments and refunds through Stripe and Coinbase Business
  • Improve the Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC content, site, and educational offerings based on aggregated, non-identifying analytics
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • Protect the security and integrity of the site and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

StripeCard payment processing
Stripe processes card payments for course and Strategy Call purchases. Stripe receives card details directly; Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC does not store full card numbers. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Coinbase BusinessCrypto payment processing
Coinbase Business processes cryptocurrency payments for course and Strategy Call purchases. Coinbase Business receives wallet and transaction information directly. Subject to Coinbase Business's privacy policy.
MercuryBusiness banking
Mercury is the business bank where Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC receives deposits from payment processors. Mercury does not directly receive your personal information from this Site.
MailerLiteEmail service provider
MailerLite delivers educational email sequences, course-related transactional emails, and other email communications. MailerLite stores your email address, first name, role, and engagement data. Subject to MailerLite's privacy policy.
CloudflareHosting, DNS, analytics
Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, DNS, and the cookie-free Web Analytics described in Section 2.2. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
GoDaddyDomain registrar and email aliases
GoDaddy maintains the honeycombweb3solutions.com domain registration and email forwarding aliases. Subject to GoDaddy's privacy policy.

We may add or replace service providers from time to time. Material changes to third-party data processors will be reflected in updates to this page.

Section 05Cookies and Tracking

The Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC website uses minimal tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and does not set persistent identifiers. We do not currently use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing.

Some essential cookies may be set by third-party services (Stripe, Coinbase Business, MailerLite) during specific transactions or interactions. These are described in the Cookies Notice.

Section 06Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including for legal, tax, and accounting obligations:

  • Course and Strategy Call purchase records. Retained for at least the duration required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years in the United States).
  • Email subscriber list. Retained for as long as you are subscribed; deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe unless required for legal compliance.
  • Form submissions. Retained for up to 2 years for support, refund, and operational reference.
  • Server logs and aggregated analytics. Retained per Cloudflare's standard retention policies, which are generally short.

7.1 Universal rights

Regardless of jurisdiction, you may:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Unsubscribe from email communications via the link in every email
  • Contact us at support@honeycombweb3solutions.com with any privacy concern

7.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7.3 California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to deletion, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law. Contact us to exercise any such rights.

To exercise any of the rights above, send an email to support@honeycombweb3solutions.com with the request and any information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days, except where applicable law requires a different timeframe.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

Section 10International Transfers

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States by Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC and its US-based service providers (Stripe, Coinbase Business, MailerLite, Mercury, Cloudflare, GoDaddy). US data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard your information.

The Site and all Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
