What we collect
As little as possible, by design.
- Email and contact details — only if you email us directly or use a static request form that opens your own email client. A request may include your name, business name, website, email address, optional phone number, service interest, timeline, and questions you choose to include. Messages arrive as ordinary email and are used to respond to your request or provide the service you asked about.
- Aggregate analytics — the Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track individuals across sites.
- Usage measurement (Google Analytics 4) — the Site also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and which pages, tools, and downloads are used, so we can improve them. GA4 sets measurement cookies and processes technical data (such as truncated IP and device type) under Google’s terms. We use it for site improvement only — no advertising features, no audience building, no cross-site ad tracking. See the Cookies Notice for how to block or clear it.
- Local preferences — interactive tools (such as the Ecosystem Map) may store progress in your browser's localStorage. That data never leaves your device and can be cleared from your browser at any time.
What we do not do
- No advertising or ad networks.
- No sale or sharing of personal information for marketing.
- No third-party tracking pixels or behavioral profiling.
- No intentional collection of wallet addresses, card numbers, seed phrases, private keys, identity documents, or sensitive financial records through this Site. Please do not send that information by email or through a request form.
Payments
Voluntary support payments and any future paid session payments are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe) or by invoice. Honeycomb never receives or stores card numbers. Payment processors have their own privacy policies governing the data they collect.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting, analytics), Google (Google Analytics 4, aggregate usage measurement), and payment processors (Stripe, for optional support contributions or paid sessions) as described above. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function. We do not currently use a third-party email-marketing service.
Your choices
We do not operate automated mailing lists. To request deletion of an email or session request you have sent us, write to support@honeycombweb3solutions.com. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet credentials, card numbers, identity documents, or sensitive financial records.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised date.
