Section 01Scope
This Refund Policy governs:
- Purchases of the Crypto for Business course at $497 USD or equivalent in supported crypto assets
- Paid Strategy Call engagements at $497 USD or equivalent in supported crypto assets
- Any other paid offering of Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC that explicitly references this policy
Free resources, including the Crypto Payments Readiness Checklist and any free 15-minute discovery calls, are not subject to this Refund Policy because no payment is collected.
Section 02Crypto for Business Course Refund
2.1 Eligibility
A full refund of the Crypto for Business course purchase price is available, subject to all of the following conditions being met at the time the refund request is submitted:
- The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase timestamp
- Fewer than three (3) of the eight course modules have been accessed, downloaded, or viewed by the purchasing email address
- The refund request is submitted through the Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC support form or by emailing support@honeycombweb3solutions.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout
- No prior refund has been issued to the same email address or named purchaser
Threshold language, plainly. If you've accessed two (2) or fewer modules within the 14-day window, you are eligible. If you've accessed three (3) or more modules, the refund is forfeited regardless of timing. Module access is tracked by download and view logs tied to your purchasing email.
2.1.1 How Module Access Is Measured
Module access is measured by the access-tracking mechanism described below. This is not an honor-system standard; it is a system-of-record standard.
- Each module is delivered as a tracked link. The course delivery email contains links that route through Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC's access-tracking endpoint before resolving to the underlying file. Each click on a tracked link is logged with the order identifier, the module number, the file format (HTML or PDF), and the timestamp.
- A "module accessed" is any module for which at least one tracked link has been clicked in either format (HTML or PDF). Clicking the same module's link multiple times counts as one accessed module, not multiple. Downloads of the HTML and PDF of the same module count as one accessed module.
- The access record is the controlling input for refund eligibility. Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC determines refund eligibility by querying the access record for the order, not by buyer representation. The buyer's good-faith representation about modules accessed is considered, but the access record governs where the two differ.
- Buyers can request their own access record at any time by emailing support@honeycombweb3solutions.com with the order number. The response includes the list of modules accessed, total access events, and the access window.
- If the buyer has not accessed any modules through the tracked links — for example, because the links expired before they were clicked or the buyer requested a fresh delivery — the access count is zero, and refund eligibility is preserved subject to the 14-day window. Buyers in this situation should email support for fresh tracked links rather than letting the access count remain at zero indefinitely.
This mechanism is in place from the first customer transaction. Where the access record is ambiguous due to technical fault on the Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC side (a logging failure, a system outage during the buyer's access window), the buyer's good-faith representation governs.
2.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing route may vary by payment method:
- Card payments processed through Stripe are refunded to the original card. Refund typically appears on the buyer's statement within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the issuing bank.
- Cryptocurrency payments processed through Coinbase Business are refunded in accordance with Coinbase Business's then-current refund mechanics. The buyer may be asked to provide a verified receiving wallet address; in some cases, refund mechanics may require an alternate route at the discretion of Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC and consistent with the original payment processor's terms.
Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC does not issue refunds via alternative payment rails (cash, gift cards, store credit, or different cryptocurrencies than the original payment) absent explicit written agreement.
2.3 Single-Refund Limit
One refund per email address and one refund per named purchaser. Subsequent purchases by the same email address or named purchaser after a refund has been issued are not eligible for further refund under this policy.
2.4 What Is Not Refundable
- Purchases where three (3) or more modules have been accessed, downloaded, or viewed
- Purchases where the refund request is submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the original purchase timestamp
- Repeat purchases by an email address or named purchaser that has previously received a refund
- Strategy Call engagements (governed separately by Section 03 below)
Section 03Strategy Call Satisfaction Policy
3.1 Discovery Call
The free 15-minute discovery call is provided at no cost and is not subject to refund.
3.2 Paid Strategy Call
The paid 1-hour Strategy Call at $497 USD is covered by a satisfaction policy as follows:
- Step 1. The buyer completes the paid 1-hour Strategy Call. If the call delivered useful operational value, no further action is needed.
- Step 2. If the call did not deliver useful operational value, the buyer may request one (1) additional 1-hour session at no charge by emailing support@honeycombweb3solutions.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the original call. The additional session is scheduled within reasonable availability of both parties.
- Step 3. If the additional free session still does not deliver useful operational value, the buyer may request a full refund of the $497 paid Strategy Call fee. The refund is issued through the original payment method, consistent with Section 2.2.
3.3 Rescheduling
Either party may reschedule a paid Strategy Call with at least twenty-four (24) hours of advance notice at no cost. Cancellations or no-shows without 24 hours of advance notice may, at the discretion of Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC, be treated as a forfeit of the engagement without refund.
Section 04Chargebacks and Disputes
4.1 Required First Step
Before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or claim with any payment processor, card network, bank, or cryptocurrency platform, the buyer agrees to first contact Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC at support@honeycombweb3solutions.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Most disputes are resolved within 2–5 business days through direct correspondence.
Important. Initiating a chargeback or cryptocurrency dispute before contacting Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC support may result in suspension of course access while the dispute is investigated, and may forfeit the buyer's eligibility for any further engagement with Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC services. Direct correspondence is faster and more reliable than the chargeback process for legitimate refund requests.
4.2 Dispute Resolution
Disputes that are not resolved through direct correspondence are subject to the dispute resolution clause of the Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC Terms of Service.
Section 05Modifications
Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Modifications are effective on publication to this page. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the buyer's eligibility for refund, except that more favorable modifications may be applied retroactively at the discretion of Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date in the header of this page.
Section 06Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy is subject to the dispute resolution clause and exclusive jurisdiction provisions of the Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC Terms of Service.

Crypto for Business is educational content. Strategy Call engagements are educational and operational orientation only. Neither constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or compliance advice, and no professional advisory relationship is created by purchasing, using, or completing either offering. This Refund Policy governs the commercial terms of the transaction; it does not modify or supersede the educational-only framing that applies to the underlying offerings.
