Section 01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at honeycombweb3solutions.com (the "Site"), purchasing or using any course, scheduling or completing any call, submitting any form, or engaging with Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC in any other capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimers, the Refund Policy, and the Cookies Notice (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC service.

Section 02About Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC is a United States limited liability company formed in 2021. It produces operator-grade Web3 educational materials and provides direct consulting engagements. Contact: support@honeycombweb3solutions.com.

Section 03Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Site or any Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Section 04Course Purchases

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC offers the Crypto for Business course at $497 USD or equivalent in supported crypto assets. Course access details are provided at the time of enrollment via the email address used at checkout.

• Payment processors. Course purchases are processed through Stripe (card) or Coinbase Business (cryptocurrency). Each processor's terms apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms.
• License. Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Crypto for Business course materials for your own business operations.
• No resale. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the course materials. You may reference the frameworks and apply them in your own operation; you may not republish the course or any substantial portion of it.
• Refund. Course purchases are subject to the Refund Policy.

Section 05Strategy Call Engagements

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC offers a free 15-minute discovery call followed by a paid 1-hour Strategy Call at $497 USD when fit is confirmed.

• Educational scope. All calls are educational and operational orientation only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or compliance advice. See Disclaimers for the full scope statement.
• Scheduling and rescheduling. Calls are scheduled manually by email correspondence after intake. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours of advance notice. See Refund Policy Section 3.3.
• Satisfaction policy. Paid Strategy Calls are covered by the satisfaction policy described in the Refund Policy Section 3.2.

Section 06Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the courses — including text, images, design, code, layout, frameworks, methodologies, checklists, templates, course modules, articles, FAQ content, the Crypto Payments Readiness Checklist, and any other materials produced by Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC (collectively, "Honeycomb Content") — is owned by Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a personal-use license to apply the frameworks and content in your own business operations. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Honeycomb Content in whole or in substantial part
• Use Honeycomb Content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, or competing educational product
• Sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize Honeycomb Content
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on Honeycomb Content

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC retains all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Section 07Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or any service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any course materials, or any related infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Site
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or purpose when submitting any form or scheduling any call
• Submit forms with fraudulent, abusive, or harassing content
• Engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the Site or any service

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Section 08Educational Disclaimer Reference

All Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC content is educational and informational only. Nothing on the Site, in any course, in any call, or in any communication constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or compliance advice. No professional advisory relationship is created by use of any Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC service.

The full scope of disclaimers is published at Disclaimers and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Section 09Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• No warranties. The Site, all courses, all consulting engagements, and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Liability cap. Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, any course, any consulting engagement, or any other Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC service shall not exceed the amount you paid Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
• Excluded damages. In no event shall Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, regardless of the legal theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Section 10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC, its founder, and any agents or contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement, your misuse of the Site or any Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Section 11Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Section 12Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith email correspondence. The complaining party shall send a written description of the dispute to support@honeycombweb3solutions.com, and the parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available remedies in the courts identified in Section 11. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 13Modifications to These Terms

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Material modifications take effect upon publication to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or any Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Section 14Termination

Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any service at any time for violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or as otherwise permitted by law. The following sections survive termination: 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Educational Disclaimer Reference), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing Law), 12 (Dispute Resolution), and 15 (Miscellaneous).

Section 15Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC regarding the Site and the services.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC's prior written consent. Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC may assign this Agreement freely.
• Notices. All notices to Honeycomb Web3 Solutions LLC should be sent to support@honeycombweb3solutions.com.
